One of the main things we want to focus on at CFSM Training is simply moving. How long do we sit during the day and not do anything? Just coming at least once a week will awaken muscles that you didn't even know you had. We offer personal training of course to match your schedule. But we also offer daily classes. What better way to focus on bettering your life than doing it with friends or family. Positive community plays a great role in personal motivation.
