Yeah, Me too! #2

What you eat is very important. Of course I have been learning that my whole life but there are days where it becomes very real. "You are what you eat." That is a statement we all have heard over and over. It sounds stupid but it has truth to it. There are people that actually do look like oversized hamburgers. But what about the people who eat junk but don't look like it? What you look like on the outside is not always a great portrayal of what you look like on the inside. You can fool yourself all you want but if you aren't eating the right foods then you aren't healthy. Do you love food? Yeah, me too! It is a pleasure to eat wonderful tasting foods. But something I have learned and am still learning is why would I sacrifice progress for 2 seconds of taste bud heaven? I honestly believe in treats it is so fun to have a "treat" once in a while. But if your "treat" becomes your regular meal then you are doing it wrong. Listen! I'm talking to myself right now it is so hard to want something I need but once you change your mindset and realize you are your greatest problem and your greatest solution then it should change your perspective on how you live your life. So much for this being short. But try to consider helping your body rather than destroying it. That consistent junk isn't worth your life. Would you rather have energy and feel better? Yeah, me too!
